I once heard it said that boldness must be countered with boldness. The federal government today is boldly forcing policies upon us that are making things worse than they already are now. We, the citizens of the eighth district, deserve a U.S. congressman who will boldly stand up to the unsustainable growth in Washington over the course of the last decade and say “enough is enough”. He figures she owes him one, even though she is much closer to the philosophy of challenger J.D. Hayworth.

The Progressive Caucus in the 2007 Congress was the largest ideological caucus by far, with 64 members, up 14 from the previous year.

The list of members included Barney Frank, Charles Rangel, John Conyers and more than half the incoming chairs of House standing committees. All members were Democrats. Progressive translates to socialist. [Full Story »]
