Dear Editor,
If most parents, adults and those in authority would look at the way they are living or the example they are setting for the younger generation, they would not ask why. When it comes to children, the mother is the most important teacher in a child’s life. Their training starts while the child is in the womb. The character of a child will become a permanent fixture from birth until the child is about five or six years old.
We continue to lose our children because of the lack of proper training. The state or federal government has added insult to injury by passing a law that gives a student permission to drop out of school at age 16 without a parent’s consent.
