This article is written to remind people of Dodge County about our enemies in the government controlled White House and the agenda Obama has to destroy America. It looks like he is working on the final stage of a total takeover of our country.
Barack Obama, sitting in the White House as if he were a legitimate president, is overseeing the transfer of wealth and power to the private banking elite, who are in the process of establishing world government. They are also in the process of completely obliterating the remaining freedoms. We have to protest, to resist or even speak out against this tyrannical agenda. November 11 is a day set aside to celebrate and honor all veterans. We can thank our creator, for we are blessed to have been born in one of the greatest nations that have ever existed. I pray that we never forget that freedom has always come with a price. It’s almost devastating to see a nation so educated with so much wealth and yet for many years and have become such a divided nation. Incumbent Eastman City Councilman David Rawlins has retained his seat on the Eastman City Council defeating political newcomer Marlas Williamson by almost two to one.
Rawlins garnered 65 votes to Williamson’s 33 in the District 5 race.
In a very poor turnout, with less than 100 voters participating in the election, there were only 71 voters that cast ballots on the machines and 27 absentee ballots cast. [Full Story »] 

County commissioners have a dilemma as to what they can do about building the new jail.
Back in November of 2007, Dodge County voters passed a six year extension of the Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax that included $5.5 million to build a new county jail. The $5.5 million figure was used after the State of Georgia promised to have state inmate labor help build the jail, saving the county approximately $2 million. [Full Story »]
