Said owner and any other person who may claim an interest in the property set forth above, is required to show cause before the Superior Court of Dodge County at 5401 Anson Avenue, Eastman, Georgia, 31023 on the 25th day of August, 2011 at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, to show cause why the easement for private way should not be condemned as demanded by the plaintiff.
