Supreme Court Justice David Souter finally did something I agreed with a year or so before he retired. When Justice Ruth “Sleepy” Ginsberg dozed off while the court was in session, Souter sat there next to Ginsberg and allowed her to sleep. Samuel Alito sat on her other side and also did nothing to disturb her slumber - good for them. She is even more a loser than ever before. Bill Clinton, another loser, appointed her.
