Many cases were heard in Dodge Superior Court recently. The following are the results of those cases.
Felony Trial Calendar
Paul T. Peterson was charged with one count felony criminal attempt to commit armed robbery, which was reduced to felony theft by taking. He received five years to serve in prison.
John Tuff was charged with one count felony sale of cocaine for which he received 10 years to serve in prison concurrent with prior sentence.
Carlton Deshawn Keaton was charged with three counts felony burglary, which were reduced to three counts theft by taking. He received five years to serve in prison concurrent with prior sentence.
James Otis Roberson was charged with one count felony sale of cocaine for which he received 10 years to serve in prison.
Comminy Crawford was charged with one count felony burglary for which he received 10 years probation and a $1,000.00 fine.
Demetrius Sims was charged with two counts felony burglary for which he received five year to serve in prison concurrent with prior sentence on each count.
Juan Duron, Jr. was charged with three counts felony aggravated assault for which he received five years to serve in prison.
Sherry Goodrum Jackson was charged with one count felony in the first degree, which was reduced to misdemeanor theft by taking. She received 12 months probation, a $350.00 fine and has to pay a restitution of $213.32.
Chasity Nesmith was charged with one count felony interference with government property and one count misdemeanor theft by shoplifting. She received five years intense probation supervision (IPS) and a $500.00 fine on the first count and 12 months IPS and a $350.00 fine on the second count.
Linder Joiner was charged with one count felony habitual violator offender for which he received 12 months probation and a $1,000.00 fine.
James Greg Purvis was charged with one count felony receipt, possession or transfer of firearm by a convicted felon for which he received four years probation and a $750.00 fine.
Willie Roy Level was charged with two counts felony theft by shoplifting for which he received two years to serve in prison.
Martes Antiquan Robinson was charged with one count felony entering an auto for which he received three years probation and a $1,000.00 fine.
James Edward Bass was charged with one count felony possession/mfg/dist/etc of marijuana, which was reduced to possession of marijuana. He received 12 months probation and a $750.00 fine.
Freddie Coney was charge with one count aggravated assault for which he received 13 years to serve in prison.
Donna Paschal was charged with one count felony fraud in obtaining controlled substance for which he received four years probation and a $750.00 fine.
Misdemeanor Trial Calendar
Donald R. Harrell was charged with one count misdemeanor D.U.I. alcohol, which was reduced to reckless driving. He received 12 months probation and a $750.00 fine.
Michael Whittle was charged with one count misdemeanor D.U.I. drugs, which was reduced to reckless driving. He received 12 months probation and a $750.00 fine.
Amber Rae Floyd was charged with one count misdemeanor criminal trespass and one count misdemeanor obstruction of officers. She received 12 months probation and a $300.00 fine on the first count and 12 months probation to serve concurrent with prior sentence and a $350.00 on the second count.
Sydney Lanier Lockett was charged with one count misdemeanor obstruction of officers for which she received 12 months probation and a $350.00 fine.
Casey Stewart was charged with one count misdemeanor D.U.I. alcohol for which he received 12 months probation, a $750.00 fine and 80 hours of community service.
Phillip Eugene Nutt was charged with one count safety belt violations and one count misdemeanor marijuana less than one ounce. He received a $15.00 fine one the first count and a $600.00 fine on the second count.
Tyrone Eugene Level was charged with one count felony possession/mfg/dist/etc of marijuana for which he received five year to serve concurrent with prior sentence.
Dracy Middlebrooks was charged with one count misdemeanor simple battery for which he received 12 months probation and credit time served.
Willie Eldon Bennett Jr. was charged with one count misdemeanor marijuana less than one ounce for which he received 12 months probation and a $600.00 fine.
Casey Stewart was charged one count felony manufacture of marijuana-first offense, one count misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked and one count misdemeanor D.U.I. alcohol. He received six years probation and a $1,000.00 fine on the first count, 12 months probation to serve concurrent with prior sentence and a $500.00 fine on the second count and 12 months probation to serve concurrent with prior sentence, a $750.00 fine and 40 hours of community service.
Jessica Roundtree was charged with one count felony burglary, which was reduced to misdemeanor theft by taking and criminal trespassing. She received 12 months probation to serve consecutively and a $750.00 fine on each count.
Joey Lynn Coleman was charged with felony theft by taking for which he received four years probation and a $750.00 fine.
Danny Lee Rogers was charged with one count misdemeanor D.U.I. alcohol for which he received 12 months probation, a $1,000.00 fine, 10 days in the county jail and 72 hours of community service.
Johnny Wayne Pollard was charged with one count felony theft by shoplifting for which he received two years to serve in prison.
Stephen Craig Hicks was charge with one count failure to display license, no proof of insurance and weaving over roadway. He received 12 months probation and a $50.00 fine for the first count, a $50.00 fine for the second count and 12 months probation to serve concurrent with prior sentence and a $25.00 fine for the third count.
Bernard A. Patterson was charged with one count misdemeanor D.U.I. drugs, which was reduced to driving while license suspended. He received a $50.00 fine.
Anthony Lamar Hickman was charged with misdemeanor D.U.I. alcohol, which was reduced to disorderly conduct. He did 12 months credit time served.
Jeremy Pullen was charged with two counts felony sale of cocaine for which he received 10 years to serve in prison.
Casey Goodwin was charged with obstruction of officer for which he received two years in prison.
Robert Stroman was charged with one count felony armed robbery for which he received 10 years to serve in prison and a $500.00 fine.
Royce Collins was charged with 13 counts misdemeanor account fraud/bad checks $499.00 or less for which he has to pay $360.00 restitution.
