Dodge Superior Court hears numerous cases in recent session
Many cases were heard in Dodge Superior Court recently. The following are the results of those cases.
Ashley Mullis was charged with one count deposit account fraud for which she received 12 months probation to be served consecutively with prior sentence, a $250.00 fine and has to pay a restitution of $55.73.
Wesley Dubose was charged with one count misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked for which he received 12 months probation and a $500.00 fine and one count misdemeanor D.U.I. drugs for which he received 12 months probation and a $1000.00 fine, 80 hours of community service and 72 hours in jail.
David Daniel Trull was charged with one count misdemeanor theft by taking for which he received 12 months probation and a $350.00 fine and has to pay a restitution of $91.50.
Terrance Lashawn Carr was charged with one count misdemeanor D.U.I. alcohol for which he received 12 months probation and a $2,000.00 fine, 60 hours of community service and 90 days to serve and time served credited.
Katherine Clark was charged with one count misdemeanor theft by shoplifting for which she received 12 months probation and a $350.00 fine and one count misdemeanor public drunkenness for which she received 12 months probation to serve consecutively with prior sentence and a $250.00 fine.
Rusty Dwayne Sheffield was charged with one count misdemeanor simple battery for which he received 12 months probation and a $350.00 fine and one count misdemeanor obstruction of officers for which he received 12 months probation and a $350.00 fine. Charlette Brown was charged with one count misdemeanor discharge of gun/pistol near public highway/street for which she received 12 months probation and a $500.00 fine.
Martin Christopher Stubbs was charged with one count misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked for which he received 12 months probation and a $500.00 fine and one count failure to stop for stop sign for which he received a $75.00 fine.
Jamekica Prince was charged with one count misdemeanor disorderly conduct for which she received 12 months probation and a $150.00 fine and one count misdemeanor obstruction of officers for which she received 12 months probation and a $350.00 fine.
Joseph Bernard Phillips was charged with one count misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked for which he received 12 months probation to serve consecutively with prior sentence and a $100.00 fine and misdemeanor obstruction of officers for which he received 12 months probation and a $350.00 fine and operating a vehicle without valid tag for which he received a $135.00 fine and has to serve 10 days in jail.
