Dodge County sheriff’s deputies have made multiple drug arrests over the last couple of weeks. Sheriff’s narcotic investigations have lead to the arrest of four (4) alleged drug dealers.
On March 8, sheriff’s investigators stopped a vehicle in Eastman at College Street and Third Avenue. While interviewing the driver, the driver of the vehicle fled on foot down Third Avenue and crossed Oak Street. Investigators pursued the suspect on foot. Investigators apprehended the suspect in a lot between the Butcher Block and Rollins Funeral Home. Investigators were able to recover a quantity of suspected cocaine from the suspect. Investigators have charged the driver, Maurice Brown (age 34), of Eastman, with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
On March 9, sheriff’s investigators arrested Jeremy Pullen (age 30), of Eastman. Pullen is charged with the sale of cocaine by investigators.
On March 22, investigators arrested Antuan Spikes (age 19), of Eastman. Spikes is also charged with the sale of cocaine by narcotic investigators.
Also on March 22, another suspected drug dealer ran from law enforcement officials on foot. Armanti Cody Crocker (age 22), of Eastman, was stopped on Martin Luther King Drive by Eastman police officers, after the officers were made aware that narcotic investigators had an active arrest warrant on Crocker. Crocker fled from the officers on foot. Crocker was later apprehended by Eastman officers and sheriff’s deputies in a back yard between Cooper Avenue and Griffin Street.
Sheriff school resource officers arrested Charles Dylan Bass (age 17), of Eastman, on March 10. Bass is charged with possession of marijuana on school grounds.
