The following is the continuation of cases that were heard in Dodge Superior Court in January.
Queen Parks was charged with one count felony theft by shoplifting for which she received three years probation under the FOA and $600.00 fine.
Malcolm Gallomore was charged with one count felony possession/manufacture/distribution/etc. of marijuana, which was reduced to possession of marijuana for which he received 12 months probation and $500.00 fine.
Yolanda Lynette Mason was charged with one count felony theft by shoplifting for which she received four years probation and $600.00 fine.
James Cleon Winborn was charged with one count felony possession of methamphetamine for which he received fives years probation and $1,250.00 fine and one count misdemeanor marijuana less than one ounce for which he received 12 months probation to be served concurrent with prior sentence and $250.00 fine and one count tail lights for which he received $50.00 fine.
Corey Thomas Sellers was charged with one count felony printing, executing, of negotiating checks and drafts for which he received three years probation and $750.00 fine and must pay $278.90 in restitution.
Franshawn Evans was charged with one count felony forgery in the first degree for which she received four years probation and $750.00 fine and must pay $100.00 in restitution.
Shirley Horne was charged with one count felony burglary which was reduced to theft by taking for which she received four years probation under the FOA and $1,000.00 fine.
Alton Hurst was charged with one count felony receipt, possession, or transfer of firearm by convicted felon for which he received four years probation and $750.00 fine; one count felony alcohol license violation for which he received 12 months probation and $200.00 fine; one count misdemeanor sale of alcohol on Sunday/election day for which he received 12 months probation and $200.00 fine; and one count sale of non-tax paid distilled spirits for which he received a fine of $200.00.
Nicholas Smith was charged with one count felony possession/manufacturing/distributing/etc. of marijuana for which he received four years probation and $1,000.00 fine.

William David Gay was charged with one count misdemeanor theft by taking for which he received 12 months probation, $400.00 fine and must pay restitution as determined.
John Lewis Harper was charged with one count no proof of insurance for which he received $200.00 fine.
Wayne Smalley was charged with one count misdemeanor simple battery for which he received 12 months probation and $350.00 fine and must pay $214. 26 in restitution and will terminate upon payment.
Charles Ward was charged with one count misdemeanor simple battery for which he received six months probation and $100.00 fine.
Matthew Stephen Meyers was charged with one count misdemeanor weaving over roadway for which he received $250.00 fine.
Travis Sheffield was charged with one count misdemeanor interference with government property for which he received 12 months probation and $350.00 fine and one count misdemeanor criminal trespass for which he received 12 months probation to be served consecutively and $350.00 fine.
Broderick D. Dinkins was charged with four counts misdemeanor theft by taking for which he received 12 months probation to be served concurrent on counts one and two and 12 months probation on counts three and four to be served consecutive and $300.00 fine on each count.
Meranda Holder was charged with one count misdemeanor theft by deception for which she received 12 months probation and $500.00 fine.
Bradley Tarrod Simmons was charged with one count misdemeanor theft by deception for which he received 12 months probation and $500.00 fine.
Brandon Williams was charged with one count misdemeanor battery-family violence, first offense, forrged one count possession of cocaine for which he received five years to serve in prison concurrent with prior sentence.
