Dodge deputies make drug and theft arrests

Two (2) Dodge County men were arrested on drug charges last Tuesday, January 11 on Jim Malloy Road in southern Dodge County.

Sheriff’s narcotics investigators arrested Walter Williams (age 64) and Benjamin Colby Williams (age 19), both of Helena, after a search of the residence. Investigators recovered a large quantity of suspected marijuana and cash from the residence. Both men are charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Charles Zachary Piccione (age 22), of Eastman, was arrested on the January 5 and charged for allegedly breaking into a vehicle on Jessica Lane off the Cochran Highway. Piccione is charged with entering an auto and theft by taking.

On January 11, investigators arrested Christopher B. Boutwell (age 30), of Eastman, and charged him with entering an auto and theft by taking. Boutwell allegedly entered an auto parked on the side of the Antioch Church Road and stole a set of golf clubs.

Johnny Tuff (age 48) and Derrick Theodoric Antone (age 30), both of Eastman, were charged with felony theft by taking by sheriff’s investigators. Investigators allege that the men stole property from a residence in Chauncey and sold the property for scrap metal.

Sheriff’s investigators have charged two (2) brothers in connection with the theft of three (3) automobiles from Shorty’s Used Cars. Investigators have arrested Brad Dupree (age 21) and Bobby Dupree (age 21), both of Eastman. Both are charged with three (3) counts of felony theft by taking of a motor vehicle.
Wendell Scott Mullis (age 37), of Chester, has been charged with destroying and secreting property of another. Mullis allegedly took a vehicle that had a lien on it and had the vehicle crushed for money.

Glendale Dollar (age 48), of Eastman, has been arrested and charged with felony theft by taking. Dollar allegedly stole jewelry from a residence where she was employed on Edwin Burnham Road near Rhine.

Willie Hill, III (age 28), of Eastman, has been arrested by sheriff’s investigators. Hill has been charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
