The Eastman-Dodge County Recreation Department (EDRD) celebrated the groundbreaking of their new multipurpose building on Wednesday, January 12,2011. The building is funded by an $88,000 grant.
The new multipurpose building will house 4-H and other activities.
Featuring an enclosed area with heating and air conditioning, as well as bathroom and kitchen facilities, the new building will also be available for private events and parties.
