If the day ever come and they need to swear in citizens to help them combat the problem I would be one of the first to volunteer. As a retiree I have nothing but time on my hands to help them out for a worthy cause, if they trained me properly.
It has been said that the drugs will not stop flowing into Dodge County but it seems as if law enforcement is doing a good job of arresting their share of dealers.
Hats off to our sheriff Jeff Hinson for getting the officers out there to help make the arrests that have been made and I will constantly say RE-ELECT Sheriff Jeff Hiinson and when the time comes I will be one of the first ones to campaign for him.
One should stop thinking just because he or she doesnot live in a certain area of town that they are not effected by the problem of drugs when the truth of the matter is that it effects all of us if we call ourselves citizens of Dodge County.
All law abiding citizens should contiue to crime watch for their property and their neighbor's property also because law enforcement really does need our help if we want to live in a safe enviroment, they cannot be in all places at all times when a crime is being committed. This doesnot mean one confront the criminal(stay safe) but let law enforcement know who they are and let them handle the rest.
