The Dodge County High School Grappling Indians recently hit the mat in their first tournament kicking off the fourth season as a high school wrestling team.
Competing at the East Laurens Falcon Classic Tournament, 12 wrestlers battled against teams across Georgia testing their physical and mental toughness.
During the two-day event, the grappling Indians displayed exceptional sportsmanship and class.
They were praised by many coaches from other schools, for their aggressive style and positive attitudes.
Winning matches for the Indians were Michael Wrease, 103 pounds; DJ Wilcox, 145 pounds; and John Mullis, 215 pounds.
