Reflect on your daily to do list. Acknowledge priorities because you may not have time for everything. Always set a schedule while realizing things and events will cause you to change. Never wait for the last minute to accomplish whatever. Interruptions are sure to come. Schedule the most challenging work for the time of day when you are most energetic and alert.
The idea is to do the most unpleasant task as soon as possible. Always keep in mind the unexpected. If you get to the point that you feel overwhelmed with your work, write down or make a mental note as to what you should do today verses tomorrow.
Periodically, take time off to refresh your mind that it might prove to be more productive than hours of overtime. When you have a problem that disturbs you, write down or think about them and the solution you can take to solve them.
Don’t be a perfectionist, know when it’s time to stop and move on to the next important activity. Work like a professional, don’t wait for the right mood. Just start working for there is nothing worth half doing.
Strive to be flexible, these are suggestions, experiment and fine out what works for you or customize ideas to your circumstances and needs.
Finding out what won’t work will cause you to find out what will work. You will always have time for the things you put first. Just remember as a general rule, people don’t fail they quit too soon. Whenever you shoot for nothing you will not be disappointed.
Thank you and Lord bless,
