Miss Dodge County High School Pageant to be held

The Dodge County High School Band Boosters are proud to sponsor the Seventh Annual Miss Dodge County High School Pageant.

This year the pageant will be held on Friday, September 24 at 7:00 p.m. at the Magnolia Theater in downtown Eastman.

Tickets will be on sale at the door, which will open at 6:00 p.m. Entertainment will be provided by Selena and Logan Woodard, Kaylee Tabler and Cole Jones.

Quint Bush will serve as the Master of Ceremonies.

The young ladies will be divided into groups by grade level (senior, junior, sophomore, and freshman) and there will be a queen crowned in each group. A

wards will also be given for first and second runner-up, prettiest dress, prettiest hair and most photogenic in each grade.

The girls will be judged on beauty, poise, personality and overall appearance. There will be no talent or interview category in this pageant.

The following young ladies will be vying for the title of Miss DCHS in their respective category:

Freshmen division contestants are Samantha Campbell, Erica Morgan Clements, Alicia Linzy, Brooke Moore, Breanna LaFavor, Chloe Abigail Fitz and Macy Coleman.
Sophomore division contestants are Myona Bra’Chelle Clemons, Sierra Brooks, Ashley Phelps, Breezy Strohmetz, Morgan Pruett, Sarah Ashley Winans, Courtney Nicole Branch and Sara Elizabeth Evans.

Junior division contestants are Brooke Yvonne Logue, Sharena Wrease, Kendall Adcock, Callie DeAnne Spires and Brianna Caroline Jessup.
Senior division contestants are Brittany Sorrell, Devin Jena Jones, Jessi Wright and Shana Oxford.

The 2010 Queens Kourtney Peacock (senior), Brittany Sorrell (junior), Logan Woodard (sophomore), and Gabbi Jones (freshman) will take their final walk and crown the 2011 queens.
