The Dodge County High Lady Indians softball team picked up three more wins last week as they defeated Telfair County 10-0 in a non region game and then defeated Dublin 22-1 in three innings and East Laurens 14-0 in four innings in sub region games.
The ninth ranked Lady Indians are now 19-5 overall and 5-1 in region 3B-AA.
In Monday’s game at Telfair County, the winning pitcher for the Lady Indians was Ashton Holt. Holt pitched five innings and had seven strikeouts and allowed only two hits.
Leaders for Dodge in the game were: Ashton Holt went 3-for-4 and four RBIs; Jaye Hilliard was 3-for-4 with two runs scored and a stolen base; Katie Selph was 2-for-3 with one RBI and one run scored and a stolen base; Adele Harrison was 1-for-3 with two RBIs and two runs scored and a stolen base;
Brittany Sorrell was 1-for-3 with an RBI; Jayme Yearty was 1-for-2 with an RBI and a run scored; Hannah Moore was 1-for-1.
