The Operation Christmas Child (OCC) Shoe Box Run is scheduled for Saturday, September 25, 2010.

Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Eastman. Participation fee is a gift-filled shoebox per rider or adopt a box for $25.00 per rider and $10.00 per passenger.

Fee includes a BBQ plate and drawing ticket. Kickstands up at 10:00 a.m. for group ride to Hamilton Pointe Shopping Center in Byron where you will join with other riders for another group ride to Bethel Baptist Church in Lizella.

The Third Annual Fun Run sponsored by the Eastman Fireman’s Club will be on Saturday, October 9, 2010. Early registration begins now with a deadline of October 1, 2010. The early registration fee will be $20.00 per rider and $10.00 per co-rider.

The day of the ride registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the Eastman Dodge Recreation Department. Registration fee will be $25.00 per rider and $10.00 per co-rider. The escorted ride will begin at 10:15 a.m. Entrance fee includes lunch and two door prize tickets.
All proceeds will benefit the annual toy drive. Rain out date is set for October 16, 2010.
